The White Shelf — Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene or nature-of-product reasons:
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery
- Innerwear and personal care items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@thewhiteshelf.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 332 3216614 with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred) within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or variant? Reach out within the 30-day window and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
